Ginkgo Village
global concious community hub
What is Ginkgo Village?
Ginkgo Village is the living heart of the ecosystem - an online conscious community where wellbeing becomes a shared practice. It operates through the philosophy of Karma Yoga, the path of unity through action: serving not to achieve, but to connect.
Karma Yoga means turning action into awareness. It invites us to move from consumption to contribution; from “wellbeing for me” to “wellbeing for all.” Every gesture, message, or act of service becomes part of the shared field that sustains the community.
In the Village, every member is both a receiver and a giver; contributing time, energy, and creativity to the collective flow
The Village lives online; hosted on a conscious community platform and connects all other parts of Ginkgo Ecosystem connecting every member comes from in-person events, gatherings, retreats and projects. It’s where all members connect, share reflections, join rituals, and receive updates on ongoing projects and events.

How we approach money in the village?
While the essence of Karma Yoga is “service,” sustaining a modern community requires consciously designing the flow of energy, including money. The intention is not to exclude money, but to recognize it as a natural form of energy within the system.
According to the principle of Karma Yoga, every action is an exchange of energy. One offers their time, another their creativity, another their financial resources. All are part of the same circle, none is “more valuable” than the other; they are simply different forms of energy in motion.
We give what we have: time, talent, energy, or resources. All are expressions of the same life force. This perspective transforms money from a moral issue into a medium of energetic flow. The purpose is not to “charge a fee,” but to keep the field alive and thriving.
