What is Community Gatherings?
Commonity Gatherings are Ginkgo’s community-centered wellbeing sessions, designed to make mindful connection part of everyday life. Each gathering offers an accessible way to pause, meet, and reconnect through meaningful, heart-nourishing practices. Just like having coffee with a friend but deeper, slower, and more intentional.

Shinrin Yoku Forest Bath
Inspired by the Japanese practice of forest bathing, Shinrin Yoku Meet Ups invite us to slow down in nature, awaken our senses, and reconnect with the living world around us. We gather outdoors, walking mindfully, breathing deeply, and sharing quiet moments of reflection. It’s not a hike, it’s a gentle communion with nature and each other. In memory of Jane Goodall.
“We are part of the natural world, and we need to understand our place in it and learn to live in harmony with nature.” - Jane Goodall
Mindful Mornings
Mindful Mornings are gentle gatherings to start the day with clarity, calm, and connection. We come together for light movement, breath, and reflection, creating a slow and conscious transition into the day ahead. A nourishing alternative to rushing: a simple reminder that presence is the most powerful way to begin.
Slow Sundays
Slow Sundays is our weekly community ritual; a moment to breathe, stretch, and reconnect before the week begins. We gather in a calm, nourishing space to move slowly, share tea, and check in with ourselves and each other. A simple yet meaningful way to remind ourselves that wellbeing doesn’t have to be complicated, it starts with slowing down.
Women Gatherings
Women Gatherings are intimate circles where we come together to pause, listen, and be witnessed. Through conversation, journaling, and gentle practices, we explore themes of self-care, belonging, and feminine wisdom. Each gathering offers a safe, nurturing space to be real to soften, release, and remember our shared strength.
