Forest Bathing for Entrepreneurial Spirits
Slow Down, Regulate, and Renew with Shinrin-yoku
Forest Bathing for Entrepreneurial Spirits is a guided Shinrin-yoku experience created for those who carry responsibility, live with uncertainty, and move through life with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Held by Can, founder of Golden Born Society, and Diğdem, founder of Ginkgo Wellness Studio, this experience offers a space beyond performance, productivity, and outcomes — a space to slow down, reset, and reconnect with the body through nature.
This is not a hike or a fitness activity.
It is an invitation to be, rather than to do.
What Is an Entrepreneurial Spirit?
An entrepreneurial spirit is not limited to those who have founded a company. It is a way of being — taking initiative, holding responsibility, navigating uncertainty, and creating one’s own path.
Entrepreneurial spirits often:
think and produce continuously
struggle to fully rest
carry mental and emotional load even during downtime
Forest Bathing for Entrepreneurial Spirits was designed to soften this load, regulate the nervous system, and support sustainable creativity and clarity.
What Is Forest Bathing (Shinrin-yoku)?
Forest bathing, known in Japan as Shinrin-yoku, is the practice of consciously and slowly immersing oneself in nature.
Rather than walking for distance or speed, the focus is on:
sensory awareness
slowing the nervous system
reconnecting with the present moment
Scientific research shows that Shinrin-yoku can support stress reduction, mental clarity, and overall wellbeing.
What to Expect
Gentle movement and embodied play
Guided mindful walking in nature
Sensory Shinrin-yoku meditation
Silence, integration, and rest
Participants are invited to move at their own pace.
